Service Description
Private sessions are perfect for the dancer who: * Wants focused, 1-on-1 instruction for faster, more intentional growth * Is preparing for an audition (dance company, praise team, school team) and needs help refining technique and concepts * Feels more confident and comfortable learning in a private setting * Has specific goals and desires a tailor-made training plan * Values individualized attention, detailed feedback, and personalized support **Every private session includes:** ✔️ Personalized goal setting & progress tracking ✔️ Flexible scheduling based on your availability ✔️ Dance training assignments to support your growth between sessions ✔️ Consistent encouragement, accountability, and faith-filled guidance **Let’s build something beautiful together—one session, one step, one purpose-filled movement at a time.** -- Upon requesting to book, you will receive an email for the date/time you choose, as well as payment information, and location details of the Los Angeles studio. Once payment has been made your session will be locked in. Please note, when traveling there may be an additional studio rental fee and mileage fee (when applicable). Cancellation Policy
Private Session Policies 1. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made **24 hours or more** before the scheduled session receive a **full refund**. • Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the session receive a **credit** toward a future session. • Credits must be used within **30 days** of the original session date. 2. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend the session and no communication is made prior to the start time, the session is **forfeited with no refund or credit**. 3. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If arriving late—online or in person—the session will continue for the **remaining time only** and will not be extended. 4. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling inside the **24-hour window** is treated as a cancellation and will result in a credit. • Rescheduling outside of 24 hours may be done freely based on availability. 5. Transferability Purchased sessions, credits, and packages are **non-transferable** and may not be gifted or reassigned to another individual. 6. Illness or Emergency Consideration If you (or your child) are ill or experiencing an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. When appropriate, **one courtesy reschedule** may be offered per package. 7. Online Session Policy For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring: • A stable internet connection • Adequate and safe space to move • Device setup prior to session start Technical issues on the client’s end do not warrant a refund or extended session time. 8. Payment Policy Payment must be made before the start of the session. Sessions will not be conducted without completed payment. 9. Commitment to Excellence Thank you for honoring these policies.
