Our 20 minute full body warm-up is designed to improve flexibility and mobility, while strengthening your core, upper and lower body. This warm-up will help improve your dance technique and can be memorized and used as your standard warm-up before class or dance performance. It can also be taught to your dance group to use as the go-to warm-up before rehearsals and performances, and can even be added to a warm-up you already have.
